Johanna Happold has completed her master’s thesis with a great presentation on “Neural Oscillations Underlying the Generation of Movement” and we congratulate her on this achievement.

Johanna collaborated with Prof. Dr. Dario Farina’s Neuromechanics and Rehabilitation Technology group at Imperial College London during her master’s thesis. Together with them, she investigated whether it is possible to identify the dimensionality of the synaptic input given to motor neurons via the beta-band. The analysis is based on experimental data and simulations with a computational motor neuron model.

We wish her good luck in her future career and thank her for her great work in our lab!
